A new addition to the Northern Beaches dining scene, Cibaria (Italian Restaurant Manly | Cibaria) has recently opened in the Manly Pacific Hotel, run by the team behind the nearby 3-Hatted Ormeggio. It offers some of the finest Italian cooking on the Beaches, and they will be preparing a menu inspired by the Italian region of Piedmont (Piemonte) - famous for Barolo, Barbaresco, the legendary tartufo bianco, as well as being the birthplace of Campari and Nutella! This event will be extremely limited capacity due to the availability of the wines, so keep an eye on your inbox for the booking form.
