Dear Fellow Members,

After many months of lockdown, the Board has deemed it safe enough for us to do a function for late November.

This will be at the outdoor area of Blackbird and will be strictly limited to 12 pax divided into 2 tables in order to follow social distancing rules. This will be a lunch in order to allow our senior members to avoid any curfew that may be imposed.

Assessment: P 6750.00 for members, P 7200.00 for guests

Attire: Smart Casual

Deadline: Sign up and cancellations should be done by 12 Noon on Monday, November 16, 2020.

Please make your payments by depositing directly to the Society's account at BPI Bel-Air Polaris Branch C/A 3075-8213-35. Please provide proof of payment by email to Alda with your name clearly written. Do not hand any payments to the individuals named above to avoid the inadvertent mixing of personal and Society funds.  We regret that at this time, Alda is unable to accept checks as she is not in Manila.

I'm having some reservations about doing a tasting for this. Are you all OK if we skip the tasting and just trust the pairings will work? I certainly don't think we will have any problems with the food, and I think the pairings are fairly safe. Let me know your thoughts. I would like to put this out by Friday.
