Dear Fellow Members,
For our January function, Sanju and Johnny have organized a Japanese dinner paired with saké at Ikomai. This will be done outdoors and is strictly limited to 9 pax in order to comply with government guidelines on gatherings as well as to maintain social distancing. The dinner will be preceded by a short introduction to saké by Raymond Joseph of Philippine Wine Merchants - probably the country's leading importer of premium saké.
