On Thursday 1 March, members gathered for a memorable evening at Nicolas Le Restaurant. Chef Nicolas Joanny has been a part of the Singapore food scene for quite a number of years. It is with sadness that he is closing his restaurant at 31 Keong Saik Road, to take a 3 month break to return to France.
The Tanglin Branch of IWFS gathered at Nicolas Le Restaurant for dinner and to enjoy the fine wines from Burgundy, which added to the pleasure of Chef Nicolas’ excellent French cuisine.
We look forward to the opening of his new restaurant when Chef Nicolas returns to our shores.
