On April 23rd, IWFS Tokyo enjoyed a dinner at Ryuzu, a Michelin two-stars French restaurant. Owner-chef Ryuta Iizuka, who opened this restaurant two and a half years ago, was the main chef for “Atelier de Joel Robuchon” in Roppongi Hills for 5 years. He also had won two stars over there. Each wine was paired to each dish.
